These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 39bdt platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its users ("you", "user"). These Terms have been specifically prepared for users in Bangladesh.

6.2 Sports Betting

General rules applicable to betting on all sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• Understand the market terms and conditions before placing a bet.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• The platform is not liable for disconnections during in-play betting.
• If evidence of betting on manipulated or fixed matches is found, the account will be immediately cancelled.

6.3 Casino & Slots Games

All casino games — slots, live casino, fishing games — are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or directly through live dealers. Results are completely fair and not predetermined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 39bdt platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

• Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Instructions from legal authorities.

8.2 User Rights

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through support. Please complete all valid withdrawals before closing your account.
